We deliver nationwide across Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak).
1. SHIPPING RATES & DURATION

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to trace your parcel via our partner courier service ([e.g., Pos Laju / Ninja Van / J&T Express]).
4. UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERIES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, re-delivery fees will be charged to the buyer.
