REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS (STATUTORY RIGHTS)

Under the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999, if you receive a garment that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or fundamentally different from what you ordered:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel with proof of purchase and photographs of the issue.
We will offer a full refund, free replacement, or store credit, including coverage for return shipping fees.

2. CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS & SIZING EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange a clothing item for a different size or color (without any fault in the product):

Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Ineligible Items: Due to hygiene reasons, [undergarments / swimwear / accessories / clearance items] cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for two-way shipping fees for change-of-mind or sizing exchanges.

3. CANCELLATION

Before Shipment: Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of payment for a full refund.
After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched to the courier, it cannot be cancelled. You must follow our standard Return Procedure upon delivery.

4. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (FPX, credit/debit card) within 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment issuer.
